Early Careers At MAG

We're all about providing opportunities to help early talent from all backgrounds start, or transition into, the exciting world of aviation. Whether you're fresh out of education, looking for a change, or wanting to explore new possibilities, we have the opportunity for you.

At MAG, we believe that everyone has unique perspectives and experiences to share, and we welcome those differences with open arms. Joining one of our early talent programs means you'll gain valuable on-the-job experience in a dynamic and innovative industry while simultaneously receiving formal training and development support.

Our graduate schemes are created to identify and cultivate the leadership and technical skills necessary to deliver our strategic priorities, so we're always on the lookout for the next big talent who will help us take our airports and travel services to even greater heights.

Our apprentices will become subject matter experts, equipped with valuable hands-on experience in a professional environment alongside formal training. You can earn a salary from day one while also working towards a professional qualification ranging from Level 2 (GCSE equivalent) to Level 7 (Master’s degree equivalent).

As part of our commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace, we offer a range of opportunities across various business areas, including engineering, finance, marketing, and operations.

Join us, and let's work together to connect customers with the world through exceptional airport experiences and innovative travel services.

We are the Journey Makers.
